Colorful Morning
It's finally here—a brand spanking-new website featuring my textile artwork. It feels like delivering a baby into the world and I can't wait to see where it all goes from here. There will be sleepless nights as I race to meet a deadline and moments of pure joy as I hand stitch a binding. One thing I know is that I will keep stitching and adding to the site so you'll want to keep checking back.
I took my first quilting class in 1996 and since then I haven't stopped cutting up fabric and sewing it back together. I love to play with the colors and ask what ifs. What if I combine these colors or these shapes? What about this thread? Speaking of thread, I love the textures of loose threads and you'll find them on many of my art pieces.
